Application can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Huh.. Help!

Don't worry! You do not need to turn off your security settings or do anything you would not feel comfortable with. Right click or control click on the application and then select "Open". You will be prompted on whether you are sure you want to open the application. Just click on the "Open" button and you'll be good to go! No changing your security settings!

I can't find my serial numbers/registrations - I purchased the bundle but didn't get an email with my serial numbers/registrations, why not?

Your receipt might have ended up in your spam box, please check there. If you still do not see it, please email us and we can re-send your receipt. Did my purchase go through? - I got a blank screen and/or no confirmation after I attempted purchasing, what should I do?

Make sure you are then view your account. If the bundle is there, then the transaction was successful. If it is not, please attempt your purchase again.

I lost my apps and/or serial numbers/registrations - I got a new computer / my computer crashed / I simply lost my registration information and/or apps. Can I replace them?

Serial numbers/registrations don't work - When I enter the serial numbers after purchasing, they aren't working, why?

First, make sure you're copying and pasting the registrations exactly as they appear in your account. Also, read the registration information very carefully; particularly the name and email for the application(s) that are causing you trouble. Some applications assign you a "NAME" different from your personal name. Additionally, they may assign you an "EMAIL" different than your own. For example the formatted/assigned name may look like this: "maclegion1384" and the email may look like this: "maclegion1384@maclegion.com".

I forgot my password - I forgot/lost my password and I can't login, can I get a new one?
