Q. Did my purchase go through? - I got a blank screen and/or no confirmation after I attempted purchasing, what should I do?
A. Make sure you are logged in then view your account. If the bundle is there, then the transaction was successful. If it is not, please attempt your purchase again.
Q. Double charged - I was double charged. What do I do?
A. Email billing (-at-) maclegion.com with the following information: Your login (email address), first & last name, and your order numbers. Your Order Numbers can be located in the upper right-hand corner of your MacLegion receipts. We will promptly cancel or reverse your duplicate charge.
Q. I can't find my serial numbers/registrations - I purchased the bundle but didn't get an email with my serial numbers/registrations, why not?
A. This is because we don't email your serial numbers/registrations to you. Email is not always secure but your MacLegion account IS secure. We store all your registration and download information for you indefinitely free of charge! You can access all of your registration and download information anytime by simply logging into your MacLegion account!
Q. I lost my apps and/or serial numbers/registrations - I got a new computer / my computer crashed / I simply lost my registration information and/or apps. Can I replace them?
A. Of course! Don't worry, we've got ya' covered! We store all your registration and download information for you indefinitely free of charge! You can access all of your registration and download information anytime by simply logging into your MacLegion account!
Q. Q: Serial numbers/registrations don't work - When I enter the serial numbers after purchasing, they aren't working, why?
A. First, make sure you're copying and pasting the registrations exactly as they appear in your account. Also, read the registration information very carefully; particularly the name and email for the application(s) that are causing you trouble. Some applications assign you a "NAME" different from your personal name. Additionally, they may assign you an "EMAIL" different than your own. For example the formatted/assigned name may look like this: "maclegion1384" and the email may look like this: "maclegion1384@maclegion.com".
Q. I forgot my password - I forgot/lost my password and I can't login, can I get a new one?
